    White - Orange:  Put on and take off sparring gear 3 times as fast as you can

    Green - Brown:  Do 75 Straight Back and Up Sit-Ups

    Brown Sr. - Black:  Perform 1st 12 Basic Kicks twice each leg
    Feb 2014
    White - Orange:  Do 15 Hands Pointing In Push-Ups and 15 Sit-Ups

    Green - Brown:  Do 50 Hands Pointing In Push Ups

    Brown Sr. - Black:  Perform 2nd 12 Basic Kicks twice each leg
    March 2014
    White - Orange:  Put on and take off sparring gear 3 times as fast as you can

    Green - Brown:  Hold Horse Stance 5 times for one minute each with a 30 second break between

    Brown Sr. - Black:  Perform all Orange Belt and Blue Belt Double Kicks two times each leg
    April 2014
    White - Orange:  10 minutes of stretching

    Green- Brown:   10 Fingertip Push-Ups, 10 Yelling, 3 Minutes of running in place

    Brown Sr. - Black:  Perform all Brown Belt Double Kicks three times each leg
